The band Toto was formed in 1976 by guitarists Jeff Porcaro and David Paich (who were also well-known studio musicians who worked with Boz Scaggs at the time) and bassist/singer Bobby Kimball. Toto's touring band includes drummer Lenny Castro and bassist Shannon Forrest along with keyboardist Shem Von Schroeck.
